WHY NIGERIA IS CORRUPT (PART FOUR)

Now we have come to the end of the road, yet it is not too late for us to retrace our track.
To win this war, we need not change the police, armed forces nor anti graft agencies, rather, we need to
prune our attitudes that have overgrown our ethics. Those stirring the ship of these anti graft agencies are not Indians, Cameroonians, Americans, or aliens, they are Nigerians; and their attitudes and ethics are the reflection of the society that we live in today hence the exigent need to reinvent the wheel of our ethics.  What do we call corruption, how do we view corrupt individuals and their largesse, and how does a dish garnished with the flavours of corruption taste in our mouths?
Corruption does not start or end at the corridors of power, if we allow coloured waters to pass under our bridge then we are corrupt; not withstanding why or who sent the waters. The general misconception that only public office holders are corrupt is a fallacy that need to be corrected. We need to imbibe the habit of demanding accountability and at the same time equally being accountable for every single kobo that is kept under our watch.
